Discover the island of Noirmoutier during your stay at Les Bois Flottés, just 500 meters from Boucholeurs beach. You'll enjoy numerous services and activities nearby: a bus stop for La Roche-sur-Yon (200 m), a sailing club and ferry terminal for Île d'Yeu (3 km), as well as a swimming pool (8 km). This renovated house comprises, on the ground floor, an entrance hall, two bedrooms (one with a queen-size bed and the other with two single beds that can be joined), a shower room, and a separate toilet. Upstairs, you'll find an air-conditioned living/dining/kitchen area and a second toilet. From the kitchen, you can access the outdoor space (5 steps) which includes a wooden terrace and an unfenced garden with trees, garden furniture, sun loungers, and a barbecue. A private shed is available for storing bicycles. You will have a private parking space in front of the house.
The accommodation is semi-detached to another gîte (H85G024792) and close to three other gîtes (H85G010167, H85G014674, H85G019114).
