Renovated house, adjoining another gîte and close to three other gîtes, 500 m from Boucholeurs beach. On the ground floor (access via 6 steps): living room/lounge/kitchen, a first bedroom (1 bed 160), a shower room and a separate toilet. On the garden level (access via a spiral staircase): a bedroom (2 twin beds 80). Wi-Fi. Outside, a 15 m² wooden terrace at the front of the house as well as a 100 m² enclosed wooded plot with paved terrace (garden furniture, barbecue, deckchairs). Private parking. Enclosed shelter for bicycles or storage available. Sailing club, departure for the Ile d'Yeu 3 km away, swimming pool 8 km away. Coach service: connection to La Roche sur Yon 500 m away.
