Nice staff and location, no real spa though

Really nice, genuinely friendly and knowledgable staff, especially the maitre d'. The only thing that lets it down is saying it has full spa facilities; it has many treatment rooms and professional staff, but apart from an outdoor pool and a smaller indoor one, no sauna rooms, experience rooms, foot baths, whirlpool baths or anything like the range of facilities that other **** Terme hotels on the island have (e.g. Parcoverde Terme, in the town of Ischia). We'd rate it 3.5 out of 5 if we could, as it's a lovely place with good staff. Definitely worth the stay, just slightly disappointed at the advertising of a spa when it meant pool!

Overall good hotel

I liked the thermal pools, and spa facilities. The rooms in the main building were small but the annex rooms were larger but inconvenient. Hotel has a shuttle to the largest beach on the island. Good restaurant but not open all day and menu was limited. Not convenient to shopping or other restaurants.

Klart överreklamerat hotell där de faktiska omständigheterna inte alls stämmer med de bilder och beskrivningar som finns på hotels.com. Gick trots 4 stjärnor inte att uppbringa något att äta kl 16.00 efter en lång resa från Sverige till Ischia. Hotellet var säkert fint för 30-40 år sedan men nu mycket slitet. Sopsäckar och sängkläder i högar på väg till rummet. Väl där var det ett mycket litet rum och ingen el. Toa besök fick göras med ficklampa. Receptionen var tillmötesgående när vi försökte byta rum men vi bestämde att checka ut direkt och boka ett annat hotell och blev debiterade för den veckan vi hade bokat.

ottima struttura con una bella vista sul mare.. offre molti servizi come ad esempio la navetta gratuita per il mare e per ischia, l'animazione che intrattiene gli ospiti la sera e un parcheggio non lontano dalla struttura.le pulizie sono buone, il personale è molto gentile..compreso il mitico giorgio che é sempre disponibile e puntuale (l'autista che porta la navetta)

Sconsigliato

L'albergo ha una bella vista sui Maronti. E' abbastanza ben tenuto, con una bella piscina, e le camere sono comode. La colazione è piuttosto deludente, con un'offerta dozzinale. Non ho provato né i pasti al ristorante, né il servizio spa. Del tutto incomprensibile è il fatto che l'ultima navetta dalla spiaggia parta appena alle 18:30. Altrettanto strano (almeno per un hotel quattro stelle) è che la notte non si trovi nessuno in portineria (lasciano la porta aperta e la chiave sul bancone...). Inconcepibile è che la sera del 14 agosto organizzino all'aperto una festa danzante con musica ad altissimo volume fino alle 2:30, così da rendere impossibile dormire agli ospiti che non abbiano voglia di fare tardi.
