In Berry, in the Creuse and Painters Valley, 2 minutes from the Montcocu site (beach, canoeing, paddle, restaurant) and just over 5 minutes from Lake Eguzon, holiday home in a dead end with a private and enclosed plot of 1,000m².

The pluses: heating included in the price, swimming 2 minutes away and hiking trails right next door.

New in 2024: Himalayan footbridge, the only one in the Centre region 2 minutes away. On one level: equipped kitchen - living/dining room (BZ) - bedroom with double bed - shower room / toilet.
