Une adresse avec vue exceptionnelle

Très bon séjour avec accès direct à la crique du troc Beaucoup de marches maison adaptée pour des personnes valides et en formes😅 Maison confortable fonctionnelle et très bien décorée Attention pour les enfants pas de balustrades pour l escalier un peu dangereux

Un séjour de rêve…sur le papier

Arrivés sur place, nous sommes enchantés par l’emplacement et la vue sur mer, mais plus tard c’est la douche froide. Des petits compagnons ce sont invités dans le logement, blattes et punaises asiatiques sont nos amis ! Rien de plus normal au vu de l’insalubrité de la salle de bain et du rez de jardin du logement qui fleure bon l’humidité, et dire que les chambres se trouvant au sous sol sont occupées d’habitude…je n’ai même pas osé y laisser notre chien. Je ne parle pas de la propreté du logement qui laissait à désirer (nous avons bien fait de ne pas prendre l’option ménage à 200€ !!) Pas de Clim, pas de ventilateur, heureusement il y avait 2 télés…mais aucune chaîne visible, merci le forfait 40go pour suivre les JO :-) Pour terminer en beauté l’évier était bouché, cela a nécessité l’intervention d’un plombier (merci pour la réactivité de l’agence) mais le probleme c’est déplacé puisqu’a chaque douche ou vaisselle, la buanderie s’inondait. 2000 € ça fait un peu cher la vue sur mer avec de telles prestations. Petit conseil au propriétaire qui ferait mieux de passer quelques jours dans son logement de temps en temps et de l’entretenir. A ce prix là, évitez !
