Just 15km from the Mediterranean beaches and 18km from the Spanish border, this destination is ideal for exploring the Roussillon region with your family. This traditional Catalan stone house is located in the heart of the village of Banyuls dels Aspres, perched on a hill surrounded by vineyards. The village is ideally situated, just a few kilometers from Spain, the beaches of Argelès-sur-Mer, Le Boulou, and the thermal baths. This fully renovated cottage is located in a former winery building (in operation until 1999), hence its name: La Maison des Vendangeurs (The Grape Harvesters' House). It is nestled at the foot of a water tower. Ground Floor: - Living room - Equipped kitchen - Shower room - Toilet Independent Angled staircase to the upper floor: - Bedroom 1: 1 double bed (140x190cm) opening onto a terrace - Bedroom 2: 2 single beds (90x190cm) Air conditioning in each bedroom. Private outdoor area with garden furniture and barbecue, in the courtyard providing access to the cottage and the owners' house. Private enclosed parking. Electricity consumption: Close to the Mediterranean Sea and the Canigou massif, you will stay in the pleasant village of Banyuls des Aspres.
