Outstanding hotel staff

This is a comfortable hotel on the outskirts of Banja Luka which offered excellent value for money. The outstanding feature was the astonishingly good service from the friendly staff. Having air conditioning in the room was also a blessing. It would be hard to do better for the money.

Personnel TRES agrĂ©able, lieu bien situĂ© par rapport au centre, bonne insonorisation entre les chambres, facile d'accĂšs en voiture, parking gratuit, wifi gratuit et petit dĂ©jeuner compris dans le prix. Quelques point nĂ©gatifs : fenĂȘtre en battant bloquĂ©e (impossibilitĂ© de la fermer complĂštement), barre de douche cassĂ©e (obligĂ© de tenir le pommeau de douche en main) et panne de courant de +/- 20 minutes pendant le sĂ©jour. Stedet ligger litt langt fra sentrum om en ikke har bil (noe vi ikke hadde), men det gikk Ä gÄ til sentrum. Frokosten hadde begrenset utvalg og faktisk ikke vann. Engelskkunskapene I resepsjonen var ikke god pÄ kveld/nattestid.

Geht so garnicht! Nie wieder!

BestĂ€tigtes Zimmer war nicht mehr verfĂŒgbar. Ankunft nachts um 23Uhr mit zwei kleinen Kindern. Privatwohnung wurde kurzfristig zur VerfĂŒgung gestellt - selbstverstĂ€ndlich war diese nicht fĂŒr eine Nutzung vorbereitet (BettwĂ€sche, HandtĂŒcher, Sauberkeit), aber immerhin eine Unterkunft ĂŒbrigens zum gleichen Preis wie die eigentlich gebuchte Unterkunft. Am nĂ€chsten Tag versuch mit Hotel.com zu klĂ€ren. Nach 4 Anrufen, ĂŒber 1Stunde spĂ€ter (teure Auslandsnr.!!!) wurde ein 50€ Gutschein angeboten. Von Service leider keine Spur zu sehen und der Urlaub bereits gelaufen. Hotel war sich keiner Schuld bewußt ( warum wir ĂŒber das Rezeptionstelefon mit Hotels.com telefonieren wĂŒrden - O-Ton Hotelchef!) und Hotels.com auch nicht (3 mal aus der Servicleitung geworfen worden). Nie wieder!

Klein,aber fein

Sehr freundliches und nettes Personal. Die Zimmer sind sehr ordentlich und sauber. Das Hotel liegt ca. 500 Meter vom Center entfernt. Sehr modern eingerichtetes Hotel mit gĂŒnstigen Preisen. Es ist sehr zu empfehlen.
