Walkable to Braga, Alun Alun and shopping mall.

The only problem is the room facilities. From mattress to pillows, the toilet and TV, the management should consider to change all that (upgrade) . Other than that, the rest all are superb...(Services, hotel surroundings, location) especially, Beakfast spread were amazing. Many choices n delicious. All bellmen are pleasantly helpful, cheerful. Always greet with pure smile. Same goes to the front desk staff. Great services, guys. Would like to stay here again in future but hopefully by then the hotel rooms are better. (refurbished done).

This hotel was dirty - hair from the previous occupant in the bath and shower and across the bathroom floor. The fittings were decrepit. On the upside the staff were friendly. I’ll not be staying again and suggest people find somewhere else to stay.

Character, OK location, excellent pool & breakfast

Hotel had character and some charm. Reasonably quiet (at least on the 7th floor). Room fine, although a little 'worn' in places. Bathroom needs overhaul; did not like the 'slatted' door. Excellent pool, with shaded area to chill out. Excellent breakfast. Immediate area was of rather limited interest, but could walk to city centre in about 20 mins. Would be happy to stay there again.

Nice on the outside, luxurious lobby (2 levels) staff is very polite and helpful eg needed a sketch map of the area. Room has all the expected amenities. No complaints. Only issue was the breakfast- it's basically a middle-class Indonesian hotel so the food is mega-copious on that side, but fairly thin on western food. Do we eat only cornflakes? Have they heard of muesli? evidently not... Limited bread choice, the usual cardboard stuff with only strawberry jam in little plastic containers.The horde of kids scooped the honey pretty quickly. The poor guy operating the broken push-in toaster (not the usual roller one) was apologetic- no DIY here! Sunday morning was overly busy and food disappeared and was slow to be replaced. However if you are a salad and fruit breakfast person there's no problem.

The good, the bad, the weird

For the price I paid, I did not expect that much. Cons One time we took the lift up to our floor and the lift actually jerked and stalled, stopped at level 3. When we called the lift operator for help, the technician came and pried open the door from us outside and we were out in less than 10 minutes. That's number one. Number two, our room blackout at night. I was watching the tv and my brother was using the hair dryer. Tried clicking the master switch to no avail. Had to call the technician to come by and repair which he took less than 5 mins. Thirdly, the hairdryer in the other room doesn't work. Upon check-in also, the toilet door had a problem with the hinges and couldn't slide close, so we notified the staff and left our luggage in the room and headed out for the day. When we got back, they had adjusted it and the door worked just fine till we checked-out. The wifi was terrible. We always got disconnected. A good hotel for parents who want their obsessed-with-handphones kids to truly unwind and relax away from social media. Pros The food wasn't that bad, they offered different varieties every day. The hotel staff are very friendly and welcoming too. Always helping us to open the door and even our car door (we are not the type to be used to that - we don't live the high life). The hotel lobby staff was also efficient in checking us out. Overall opinion: not sure I’ll come here again.

Staff are really nice and helpful and the hotel is in a ok area. The rooms are really dated though looking very tired. Unable to adjust the air conditioner either on and really cold or off. The public areas are in a better condition. Had the all you can eat buffet but it was just ok, choice could be better and a lot of the servings were cold. Overall a bit expensive for the condition of rooms.

Poor Spa treatment and Location

Bathroom essential are not fully supplied. We found cups are stained and only 1 pair of room slippers but we booked 2 adults. Airport transfer is well arranged. We went to their Spa Treatment but was extremely unsatisfied with the service. Communication is the main problem. we advised all guest not to try their Spa Treatment.
