I booked a room which was supposed to be on the top floor according to Orbitz description. At the front desk the employee offered me the room on the middle floor. I mentioned my reservation terms from Orbitz, but it turned out that all rooms on top floor had been already booked by other guests. Big disappointment!

We decided to stay another night and they moved us to a room that hadn’t been rented the night before and let us check into the room right away. Not many hotels would do that which we appreciated it since we had some expensive camera equipment that we wanted to put in the safe room
