Le seul bĂ©mol mĂ©nage qui laisse sĂ©rieusement Ă  dĂ©sirer (oblige de nettoyer les sols Ă  notre arrivĂ©e alors que nous avons payĂ©s une prestation mĂ©nage Ă  35€...).

À part bien situĂ©, clanche qui ne tient pas, WC qui fuit, bavabo quasi bouchĂ©, lit dans 1 placard, aps la mĂȘme notion de la propretĂ©, c'est vraiment dommage. Sinon sa serait super.

Immeuble situĂ© en bord de mer ! Mais Attention trĂšs bruyant, Ă©normĂ©ment de passage de vĂ©hicules en tout genre. J'Ă©tais situĂ© au 4 Ăšme Ă©tage c'Ă©tait mieux que des amis qui eux Ă©taient au 2Ăšme Ă©tage sur le rĂ©sidence juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© ! Un enfert, quand nous Ă©tions sur la terrasse. En ce qui concerne ma location, 4 couches, le canapĂ© convertible au Top, les deux autres couchages eux ont Ă©taient placĂ©s dans un ancien placard je pense, mieux ne vaut pas ĂȘtre clostro ! Le frigo plutĂŽt vieillissant, assez bien Ă©quipĂ© ! Clim sans tĂ©lĂ©commande ! Une fois en fonction plus possibilitĂ© de modifier la T° juste la mettre en fonctionnement et l''arrĂȘter.....Manque de nettoyage Ă  signaler sur certains endroits ....

Un superbe séjouer

Appartement trÚs atypique et à proximité de tous commerces. On adore la vue qui est juste magnifique du levé au couché de soleil. Les commerces sont à deux pas, en quelques minutes on se retrouve au coeur de ville. Tranquillité a tous niveaux.
