Staff was very friendly and the hotel was nice and clean. The only thing we didn't like was the area in which the hotel was. Unsafe and dirty. Definitely do not recommend walking around alone. People in the streets smoking pot...thats all we could smell. People sleeping outside hotel and people hanging out on all street corners. Its Baltimore, so I kind of knew what to expect but this was really bad and as i mentioned before, unsafe.

Not a good check in experience! Unfriendly and not helpful with information on the stadium. Very dirty outside. No parking for the hotel. Had to park in parking across the street, 25$ a day to park.

The room was very nice and clean. The service very poor. I checked in very late, I asked about the parking he kind annoyed and attitude to answer me. No water in the room. I went to the counter and asked a female behind the door shout out said $40 per bottle and the male look at her try to mute her and told me around $3-4. The breakfast wasn’t good at all, the omelet, the sausage not good, the coffee tasted like made over night. I end up with cereal and box of milk.. afraid to get milk from the glass jar they prepared.

The best feature was the bar, loved that! The bathroom was really small. The beds seemed a bit small but were very comfortable. There were people on the streets morning, noon, and night. It wasn't scary just an enlightening experience.

The area one block north seemed very sketchy. Lots of folks hanging around outside being noisy. There was some security around which helped. The housekeeping and valet staff were great but the front desk not so much.

Gem in a transitional neighborhood

Hotel was exquisite inside - beautiful lobby area with bar, rooms were large, clean, and comfortable. Wish the area around the hotel was better — there was very little open on a late Sunday afternoon, and the lack of a hotel restaurant meant we had to rely on food delivery services. But the location is great for events at the arena.

Baltimore is a cesspool. The area around the hotel is not safe and smells like urine and weed. The hotel is beautiful and we had no problem with parking. We were in Baltimore for a convention & I’m hoping that they hold the convention somewhere nicer in the future. It is clear that the residents of the city don’t care about it.
