This is a nice property, however not good for elderly guests. The skinny winding staircase was difficult to navigate. In addition the front steps coming into the house do not have rails & the stairs are uneven and loose.

Good location for game day
Grateful for a well stocked kitchen (spices, dishes, pots/pans, k-cups)! The size of living room was great for the group. Maybe I missed it in the listing, but I didn’t realize none of the bedrooms had an en-suite bathroom, so no true master bedroom. Hard to regulate temperature in the old house but ended up being okay/no major issues. Noticed they had carpeted flooring over at least one vent in a bedroom. The towels are very small and no extras based on number of people. Besides that it really was a good spot. Beds were comfortable, though frames are loud. Parking pass was very helpful - plan to pay for a garage a decent walk away if you have more than one vehicle.

Family get to gether
There were a few issues when we arrived but our host, Briana, responded immediately and resolved them while we toured the city. She was also very helpful in other ways so we had a great stay there and enjoyed the Baltimore Harbor area for the holiday weekend.

No better place
Our stay was wonderful in Baltimore and this VRBO was in a perfect location. Fed Hill was safe, quiet and had everything you need.
The layout of the apartment was perfect. The only issue was the cleanliness (including a paint job), the decor & the towels provided (not enough and not big enough for an adult)

Family Wedding
The townhome is Absolutely beautiful! Best Host and Hostess ever! They were there for us every step of the way from restaurant recommendations to helping me unpack after my long drive alone! Myself and 2 adult children in town for a wedding … took in an Orioles game (within walking distance), close to the harbor, shopping, downtown, etc., 5-star all the way!!!!

Beautiful home, nice host, bad location: Baltimore Parking nightmare!
This property was lovely as advertised. What was not as advertised was the parking situation. We were in town for a family wedding. We had luggage and family coming from many states. We brought two vehicles so we could move people from this location to the church and reception. The host describes the parking as "street - first come, first serve" - Parking here is non-existent. In the 3 days we were there, we were never able to park within a city block of the property. We parked along the construction fence near 145 West Ostend Street where the host suggested and BOTH of our vehicles were towed - $350 EACH to get them out - almost late for the wedding - then we parked in a parking garage on Read Street and our car was locked in for the night sometime between 9 pm and 10:30 pm - no signs or info on the ticket saying this garage closed over night! Between the towing and the forced Lyft/Ubering we spent $1000 for the "privilege" of visiting Baltimore with out-of-state plates. Definitely targeted. Please know, we are not newbies to city parking, We have lived and studied in many different cites. NEVER had an experience like this. Never been towed. We read all available signage. You had to run fans to drown out the mouths of the folks on the street - but even the fans didn't help with the fire truck sirens and horns. Sleeping was a struggle in the front of the house, but our guests in the back slept much better. This would be a great rental if something could be worked out for parking. I would have been willing to pay for a temporary parking pass at a nearby garage or business. Surely there is someone who wants to make a little money on the tourists besides the Baltimore Parking Authority? Maybe the Parking Authority funds could be tapped to provide more security and rodent control on the streets.- A win- win for Baltimore!

The getaway was nice but a few glitches!!
The getaway was very nice. Had a few glitches. The dishes in the dishwasher were not clean and put away. The back yard and side yard was full of weeds. We did not have enough clean towels. And we received a parking ticket on Sunday. The listing clearly says parking on street. They did bring me clean towels and the place was very convenient but had a few problems.

GREAT PROPERTY BUT NOT THE PARKING
We loved the property it was super spacious & comfortable for 4 adults. My one complaint was parking. Very very limited street parking and after 1 hour of riding around we found a parking garage and it cost us $95 per car for 3 days. We never planned on using our cars but didn't plant on almost $200 in parking fees. Also the air conditioner on the second floor was weak so a little warm but fans were provided and bring extra bath towels. We got 4 for 4 adults for 3 nights.

Very nice home in the Federal Hill neighborhood of Baltimore
My husband, myself, our for grown children & 2 small grandchildren had a wonderful weekend at the Inner Harbor in Baltimore. The house is within walking distance to the Inner Harbor. We enjoyed the many restaurants nearby. The house had everything we needed for our weekend stay. Communication with Bri was seamless. We utilized the parking garage on West Street. Thanks for sharing your lovely home with us. If we visit Baltimore again we would definitely rent again. THANKS A BUNCH:)

Great Spot for 1st Time Baltimore Visitors
This place is great for accessibility to all aspects of Baltimore culture including food, activities, history, and art. It also has good access to downtown for business purposes. The space is laid out well for functionality and socializing, and they had some nice touches that made the it feel cozy and inviting. The only challenge is parking and laundry, which is understandable for the location's proximity to downtown and the stadium. Just plan accordingly.
