Hotel was catfish wish I could give it no stars. Rooms were horrible, parking garage all the way across the street no access to or from hotel whatsoever, lobby always crowded with only two elevators working which would take 5 min just to finally go up or down. first and last time here.

Always pleased with Lord Baltimore

Lord Baltimore is a beautiful historic property, old-school vibes. It shows its age in some parts -- hallway walls, ceilings, the bathrooms -- but overall I've never regretted a stay here. Would recommend -- especially if you enjoy history and hotels with a story.

I stay at Lord Baltimore probably every other trip I take to the city. Very comfortable rooms, with fridge and microwave this time which is rare for a downtown hotel

The way it’s explained and shown on the website is not accurate, and it’s quite a distance to walk to anything within the harbor. I want to express my gratitude to the front desk clerk who went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. She made sure I was happy with the final result and that I was comfortable walking out. She was aware that I wasn’t comfortable with the location, the area, and the overall experience of the hotel. I did not end up staying and booked my room at a different location.

The woman at the front desk with the locks was extremely polite and professional; she was inviting and welcoming also the female valet with the undercut she was so positive and friendly. However, the room was subpar. The mattress was uncomfortable and the tub slowly drained water so my fiancé and I had to wait in between showers so we didn’t have to stand in dirty water.
