The location in Hampden was very convenient to the main street in town. Hampden is a fun and funky place to stay with lots of interesting restaurants and shops. The apartment was clean and though parking can be a bit challenging, we managed to find street parking close by when we circled the block.We had a glitch in that we had reserved for three people and weren't told until we arrived that there was a double booking and we were put into an apartment for two people upstairs instead. The couch was too short to make sleeping on it comfortable for the third person so we ended up borrowing an air mattress from our daughter to make it work. The owner tried to work with us to move us to the other apartment on the second day, but ours was only a two night stay so we stayed put as we were only in the apartment long enough to sleep. The owner did adjust the price slightly to try to make up for the glitch.
