Shane, the manager was a great guy and so friendly. He was there every morning greeting everyone for the day. Beds were a little bit hard but the room had everything except for the Foxtel not working :(

Great place to stay while visiting Ballarat. An easy walk into town for shopping and eating. Good sized room, comfy bed and big ensuite. The room also had a well stocked kitchenette.

Difficult to find when following maps, was sending us to a back entrance which had long gone. Front entrance had broken sign which was away being repaired. Once found it was a good stay.
