"The place is perfect weekend spot for fishermen. The owner went way out of his way to assist us when a huge windstorm knocked out power for about 6 hours. Drive 90 minutes to set up a generator that powered the whole house. Plus, he offered to ship a charger that inadvertently got left behind. Beautiful spot right on the river that is open during Michigan’s trout season. Planning a return trip next year!"

"This cabin is beautiful! Exceeded our expectations. It must have been renovated recently, and every single thing is new and really lovely. It feels cabin-like but modern. It had everything you’d need, from kitchen/cooking supplies, towels, bedding, laundry. The beds are insanely comfortable. Very private, there were a few other homes close by but still very secluded. I imagine the trees would provide additional privacy when they’re full in the warmer months. Can’t wait to come back in the summer! The only thing to note is the fireplace is not a real flame fireplace. It is electric and produces heat, but just a visual of flames and not real. Not a big deal, but something to note if you’re wanting a real fire. "

"Perfect for our winter weekend getaway. The description was accurate and the cabin is super cute. It is nicely supplied with kitchen supplies, towels and paper products. It was a bit chilly just as the description said but we were prepared with slippers and warm clothes and they supplied plenty of blankets. It was a great stay. "
