A little bit tatty around the edges threadbare carpet would have liked a wardrobe booking in procedure slightly confusing couldn’t get rid of subtitles on Tv minor point I know positive side friendly staff good breakfast good location quiet despite being on main road overall above average

Brookside Lodge, Baldock.

Very comfortable. Although there is no bathroom in room, adequate toilet facilities, and use of kitchen, lounge and garden.

Nice place

this property is a recently renovated house and is an offshoot of the hotel next door. for a very reasonable price you get a private room (with a bathroom shared by a maximum of 2 other rooms) and shared kitchen and lounge. its an excellent place to stay for a week or two and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a (working) base in Hertfordshire, Cambridgeshire or Bedfordshire.
