Sehr schönes Haus in zweiter Reihe

Haus in toller Lage etwas Abseits. Zum Entspannen super und doch alles wichtige ist in nächster Nähe. Haus mit toller Terrasse und schönem Gartenbereich.

Sehr schönes und ruhig gelegenes Ferienhaus am Balaton.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und es ist alles vorhanden. Der große, sehr schön angelegte Garten mit Schaukel, Rutsche und Baumhaus war ein Traum für unseren Sohn. See und (kleinere) Einkaufsmöglichkeiten können zu Fuß erreicht werden. Ein Auto ist aber empfehlenswert. Check-in und Check-out waren unkompliziert. Perfekt wäre es gewesen, wenn auch die Seite zum Zufahrtsweg abgezäunt gewesen wäre. Es ist zwar nur ein Feldweg. Dieser ist aber nicht ganz verkehrsfrei.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Ein wirklich schönes, gemütliches keines Ferienhaus. Mit einem schönen Garten. Alles ist sehr sauber und gut in Schuss . Der Vermieter war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich . Wir konnten uns hier sehr gut erholen. Auf jeden Fall weiterzuempfehlen.

Wirklich schönes großes Haus, alles was man braucht vorhanden, riesiger Garten, Hängematte und große Terasse. Alles sehr gepflegt. Top Lage und schneller Anschluss zum Balaton. Für Jugendliche geeignet.

Schönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage

Wir waren 2 Wochen in dem Ferienhaus in Balatonszemes. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen, etwas schwierig erst zu finden, weil es durch einen kleinen Privatweg in 2. Reihe liegt. Aber dadurch hat man Ruhe und nicht die Strasse direkt vor dem Fenster. Das Haus ist super schön und modern eingerichtet, hat einen tollen grossen Garten und eine grosse Terrasse. Lediglich zu bemängeln wäre, dass die Holzterrasse ein paar Mängel hat wie Unebenheit, Holzsplitter oder an manchen Stellen herausstehende Schrauben-sollte beseitigt bzw. nachgebessert werden. Im Garten ist leider keine Spielgelegenheit für Kinder, obwohl es riesige Spielflächen gäbe, z.B. eine Schaukel oder ein kleiner Sandkasten wäre toll meiner Meinung nach. Im Haus hat man genügend Platz für Alles, allerdings wäre ein grösserer Schrank wünschenswert und grosse Badehandtücher, waren nur kleine. Ebenso eine Filterkaffeemaschine fehlte und das Fernsehen funktioniert nicht wie gewohnt durchgängig sondern muss wohl vom Vermieter per Handy auf eine Karte aufgeladen werden für einen bestimmten Zeitraum. Ziemlich umständlich finde ich, wenn man dann die Hausverwalterin dafür kontaktieren muss, auch sprachlich, was für mich als Halbungarin kein Problem ist, aber für nicht ungarischsprechende doch schwierig sein kann, da der Vermieter weder deutsch noch englich spricht. Der Strand ist ca. 1,5km die Strasse runter entfernt im Ortskern und besitzt ebenso ein Spassbad. Zu Fuß in der Hitze eher nicht zu empfehlen, lieber mit dem Auto fahren... Alles in allem sind dies aber Kleinigkeiten, die man leicht beheben kann und dem tollen Haus/Urlaub keinen Abbruch tut. Es ist absolut weiter zu empfehlen und wir hatten eine schöne Zeit und würden auch wiederkommen
