Balatonfenyves. The holiday home is situated on a 300 sqm garden plot with a lawn. The landlord only occasionally lives in the house but uses a separate entrance. Access is via a path (gravel or crushed stone). Parking (for 1 car) is available on the property and on the street in front of the house.
