It is accessible from the parking area on either Rue Adrien Bochet or Boulevard Henri de Gorsse and comprises an entrance hall, separate WC, bedroom (one double bed 140 x 190 cm), shower room, and living room with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and lounge area (sofa bed for two people, 140 x 190 cm).
