T2 flat for a couple 200 metres from the Luchon-Superbagnères ski resort cable car, ideally located close to the shops and entertainment, thermal baths and the Superbagnères ski resort cable car! You'll have a magnificent view of the Pyrenean mountains and the Vénasque. Whether you're a spa-goer, a visitor or an outdoor enthusiast, don't hesitate... You'll also be 1km from Lac de Badech and the Luchon golf course, 2km from the climbing spot at Saint-Mamet, a village on the Spanish border, 3km from the equestrian centre and 5km from the Antignac base (fishing, canoeing, rafting and paintball), 20 minutes by car from the Lac d'Oô/Pic du Perdiguère hike and Lac du Géry in Saint-Béat-Lez, and 35km from Saint-Bertrand-de-Comminges, one of France's favourite villages, and Montréjeau (lake, station and bus to Luchon). Flat on the 4th floor of the residence, accessible by lift: direct entrance to the living room, small open-plan kitchen, relaxation area with sofa bed. Separate bedroom with sloping ceilings (1 x 140cm double bed), shower room/WC. Electric heating, wifi internet connection. Ground-floor storage room for skis and boots, and possibly 1 or 2 bikes.
