What was unique was the peaceful surroundings and mountain views. Staff was unusually helpful, pleasant and polite. Manuella at the desk always greeted us with a smile and deserves 5 stars fro her service. What I did not like was the hotel has a laundry service for an exhorbitant rate. They should just find a place and install self srvice machines, as then people would plan longer stays there because the peace and tranquility that comes from the mountain views is super amazing.

The hotel was great, as usual, especially the breakfast. Just one thing - I used to be able to charge my rental electric car in the parking garage. This was not possible due to technical issues. The charging station was out of order, with no information as to when this would be fixed. Please fix asap. Thanks, Mike Koehler

Very nice hotel

Overall, it's a very nice hotel. The in-room fridge was not obvious to me and I didn't find it until my second day. No coffee maker or kettle in the room and the machine in the lobby for coffee is not self-service. Good location for the railway station, cafes and grocery stores. Staff friendly and spoke good English.
