On a total of 70 m² there is a fully equipped, new kitchen, a sunny living / dining room with sofa bed, floor-to-ceiling windows and balcony, a spacious bedroom, another (study) room (with desk), a bathroom with tub and washing machine, Hall, hallway and guest toilet available. HD TV, WiFi, shutters.
Due to its convenient location, the apartment is suitable for both holiday guests and business travelers. The next bus stop is approx. 200 m away. Every half an hour you can reach the Bad Kreuznach train station on line 201 in just a few minutes. The federal road 41 is also only a few minutes away by car; it acts as a feeder to the BAB A 60 (Rhein-Main area) or A 61 (towards Cologne). Walking or jogging trails through the vineyards begin a few meters from the house entrance.
An elevator takes you to the 4th Floor, to your (holiday) domicile, where you can enjoy a wonderful view of the allotment gardens below - perhaps with a glass of natural wine?

Sehr schöne und geschmackvolle Wohnung
Die Bilder entsprechen absolut der Realität. Die Vermieterin kümmert sich bei kleinen Problemen sofort persönlich um die Abstellung. Der Parkplatz ist direkt vor dem Haus.
Fahrstuhl ist vorhanden, die Wohnung liegt im vierten Stock.
Die Wohnung ist in einem sehr guten Zustand und ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet.
WLAN mit Fritz-Box ist vorhanden, funktionierte bei mir leider nicht, war aber nicht dramatisch, da wir dies so gut wie nicht benötigten, also bei der Wohnungsübergabe überprüfen. Die Wohnung verfügt über ein separates Gäste WC und großes Badezimmer. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das einzige was manchmal stören kann, ist lautes Kindergeschrei aus der darüber liegenden Wohnung .

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Es ist sehr modern und sauber. Frau Lawall hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen. Wir kommen gern wieder.
