Bright and spacious ground floor apartment a stone's throw from the ski slopes, in a panoramic position above Bad Kleinkirchheim, about 2 km from the center. One large double bedroom with wardrobe, living room with sofa bed, kitchen, small garden, a complete bathroom with tub + 1 toilet. Small, well kept building of only five units with ski-room with boot warmer, bike storage, laundry and wellness area with sauna, steam bath, solarium and relaxation room (currently not accessible due to Covid regulations). One outdoor parking space.
The condo is heated and features a kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms, and a patio. There's space to spread out with a separate bedroom and a dining area. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a sofa bed, and a coffee maker.
