Betreff: Beschwerde über Unterkunft – Mängel und doppelte ZahlungSehr geehrte Damen und Herren,ich möchte mich über meinen Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft beschweren.Beim Check-in war die Gastgeberin leider nicht besonders freundlich. In der Unterkunft fehlten wichtige Dinge:Die Küche war unvollständig ausgestattet, unter anderem gab es keine Spülmaschine.keine oven Es gab nur zwei Handtücher, beide in schlechtem Zustand.Generell entsprach die Ausstattung nicht der Beschreibung auf Ihrer Website.Zudem forderte die Gastgeberin vor Ort unerwartet zusätzliches Geld, obwohl wir bereits den vollen Betrag online bezahlt hatten. Besonders problematisch war, dass sie erneut eine Steuer von uns verlangt hat, obwohl diese bereits in der Buchungsbestätigung dreifach aufgelistet war.Ich konnte die Diskussion vor Ort nicht weiterführen und fühlte mich unter Druck gesetzt zu zahlen. Ich bitte um eine Überprüfung der Buchung und eine mögliche Rückerstattung des zu viel gezahlten Betrags sowie eine Bewertung der Gastgeberin.Vielen Dank für Ihre Unterstützung.Mit freundlichen Grüßen Dr Alomaisi

Schöne Tage im Allgäu

Für uns hat alles gepasst. Die Lage ist super, um in Oberjoch Skifahren zu gehen. Rodelmöglichkeiten gibt es auch einige in der Nähe. Die Wohnung ist ausreichend groß und hat Parkplätze direkt vor der Tür. Wer Langlaufen möchte kann dies direkt im Ort starten.

Geräumige Ferienwohnung in einem charmanten, kleinen Dorf. Bäcker direkt gegenüber. Ruhige Lage. Perfekter Ausgangspunkt für den Besuch der Königsschlösser und Oberstdorf, sowie Wanderungen direkt vor Haustür.

Schöne Wohnung umgeben von den Alpen

Wir hatten eine tolle und schöne Zeit im Unterjoch. Die Umgebung ist wunderschön und der Ort bietet Möglichkeiten zum Wandern und für die Kinder einen schönen Spielplatz. Die Wohnung war sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. DIe Vermieter waren immer erreichbar. Der Bäcker war direkt gegenüber. Mit der Kurkarte konnten wir die Busse kostenfrei nutzen. Also einfach eine wunderbare Zeit.

Schöner Familienurlaub

Schöne Wohnung. Im Gebäude FeWos für glaube ich 7 Parteien, das Gebäude ist allerdings nicht sehr hellhörig, bei uns blieb es recht ruhig. Spielplatz mit Trampolin vorhanden. Zum Komplex gehört auch ein benachbartes in Renovierung befindliches Hotel, bei dem allerdings keinerlei Bautätigkeit stattfand. Praktisch: direkt gegenüber ist ein Bäcker - sonstige Infrastruktur im Ort recht bescheiden, der kleine Dorfladen schließt wohl nach der Saison 2022. Für die recht happige Kurtaxe bekommt man eine "Walsercard", deren Nutzwert wir aber recht bescheiden fanden. Negativ: Im Elternschlafzimmer gibt es weder Fensterläden noch Rolläden - Verdunklung nur durch nicht sehr dicke Vorhänge (allerdings kommt da keine direkte Morgensonne hin). Insgesamt empfehlenswert :-)

Schöne Wohnung im Allgäu

Empfehlenswerte Wohnung in schöner Lage. Sauber, alles Erforderliche ist vorhanden, Checkin und -out war unkompliziert. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen im Allgäu. Der fehlende Geschirrspüler ist der kleinen Kochmiesche geschuldet, was aber kein Problem war. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank für die schönen Tage.

Guter Ausgangspunkt

Unterjoch ist als kleines Dorf ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Spaziergänge und Wanderungen und man ist auch schnell in angrenzenden Gebieten wie Oberstdorf. Sehr nette Vermieter, Bäcker genau gegenüber. Kochen ist in der kleinen Küche mit 2 Platten allerdings nur begrenzt gut möglich. Wir haben es trotzdem sehr genossen
