Bad Harzburg

The property was clean and fairy easy to access. Parking was good. The property is in a highrise building from the 70's. Smelled a bit musty. We didn't use the pool or sauna, so can't comment. It was close to downtown and the Sole Terme. We had to pay extra for bedding and towels! The bed was not very comfortable. I am not sure what the mattress was stuffed with, maybe grass, lol. It was hard and uncomfortable. Make sure you bring everything you need, including shower jell, shampoo, etc.

Gut ausgestattet, sauber, günstig ,leider in einem Funkloch

Wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt in diesem Apartment. Zu der Beschreibung auf der Plattform gibt es eigentlich nichts hinzuzufügen, außer, dass es keine WLAN gibt und auch das mobile Netz sehr schwach ist.

Tolle Lage, freundlicher Kontakt

Ich bin mit einer Freundin und meinen Kindern, 2 und 6, angereist. Wohnung war sauber, gepflegt und gemütlich. Großer Balkon und schöne Aussicht. Alles notwendige und kleines Einstiegspaket wie Spülmittel Tabs waren da. Hatten auch Wäschepaket gebucht. Soweit alles top. Auch der Kontakt vor Ort erste Sahne :) Allerdings hatten wir keinen Handy Empfang. WLAN ist nicht verfügbar. Stand ja auch so in der Beschreibung, von daher auch 5/5 Sterne. Bitte WLAN anbieten, dann wäre perfekt gewesen.

Hat alles gut geklappt, mit Schlüsselübergabe und so. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht, außer Wlan. Viele Urlaubsziele sind von hier zu erreichen. Das Gebäude an sich ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und nicht so einladend gemacht. Aber der Pool ist ganz schön. Also für das Geld ist das ok, würd ich sagen.

Leider war unser Aufenthalt zu Beginn des Kurzurlaubs unangenehm, da in einer anderen Wpohnung Renovierungsarbeiten mit einem nicht auszuhaltenden Bohrgeräusch durchgeführt wurden. Der Vermieter zeigte sich zunächst uneinsichtig, weil ihn angeblich keine Schuld daran träfe, was aber rechtlich unbeacnhtlich ist. Danach erfolgte eine einverständliche Lösung. Das Schwimmbad war auch nicht nutzbar, da renoviert wurde, schade. Ansonsten war der Fernseher nur sehr eingeschränkt nutzbar, da nur wenige Programme zu sehen war, kein NDR3, kein RTL und kein Eurosport, Fernsehr alt und unscharfe Bilder. Insgesamt würden wir diese Wohnung nicht wieder buchen,

Schöne Umgebung, idealer Ausgangspunkt zum Wandern

War haben den Aufenthalt in der FEWO genossen. Sehr ruhig, schöner Ausblick, gutes Bett. Ein Mangel ist das fehlende W-LAN und die schlechte Mobilfunkabdeckung. Wem das nicht wichtig ist, der ist hier gut aufgeboben.

Wald, Stadt und Baden

Wir waren zu viert dort, mit kleinem Hund und Rollstuhl. Es war durch die Lage und Ausstattung viel als ganze Familie möglich. Gebäude ist mit Rolli gut befahrbar. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, sauber und gemütlich. Es muss noch eine Restgehfähigkeit vorhanden sein, da das Bad nicht barrierefrei ist. Wir konnten uns damit aber gut arrangieren. Das Schwimmbecken zur Mitbenutzung ist toll, es ist gross und der Einstieg gut geeignet für Menschen mit Gehbehinderung. Gleich hinter dem Gebäude beginnt ein Waldweg, der auch mit (E-)Rolli eine Strecke zu befahren ist und in die andere Richtung geht es in die Stadt mit Fussgängerzone und Park. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen und kommen gerne wieder.
