Inmitten des Elstergebirges, das an den Naturpark Vogtland grenzt, liegt auf einer Höhe von ca. 500 bis 600 Metern der Kurort Bad Elster. In dem von Wäldern umgebenen Ortsteil Sohl befindet sich dieses Haus mit zwei Wohnungen sowie ein gemütliches Ferienhaus für bis zu 8 Personen auf einem 12.000 m² großen Grundstück.
Das Anwesen ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Rad- und Wandertouren durch die interessante und abwechslungsreiche Umgebung. Sohl liegt außerdem unmittelbar neben dem Kurort Bad Elster, der sich mit seinem umfangreichen Wellnessangebot und den vielen Restaurants besonders an weniger schönen Tagen hervorragend anbietet.
Sehr zu empfehlen sind Ausflüge nach Dresden (ca. 120 km), Chemnitz (ca. 70 km) oder ins benachbarte Tschechien.

Positiv: Haustiere sind erlaubt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber ist gut.Das Zimmer mit Doppelbett ist ein Durchgangszimmer, was auf den inserierten Fotos nicht wirklich ersichtlich ist. Das Bad ist winzig und ohne Waschbecken. Dafür gibt es ein Waschbecken im Zimmer mit den Einzelbetten. Dort gibt's keinen Kleiderschrank, nur Nachtschränke. Am Herd funktioniert nur die Hälfte der Kochfelder. Und Achtung! Die Sicherungen für den Herd befinden sich an der Wand hinter dem Kochfeld. Insgesamt ist alles sehr abgewohnt und ungemütlich. Die Familie (4 Personen statt 6 geplanten) ist deshalb auch einen Tag eher abgefahren.

Zwei Wochen Sommerferien mit der Familie (2 Erwachsene 2 Kinder) und Hund. Wohnung einfach, aber sauber. Ganz neu eingerichtet. Der Vermieter wohnt nicht vor Ort, war aber zwei mal da und immer über Whatsup erreichbar. Der Eingang liegt hinter dem Haus. Durch den Kellereingang muß man eine (Wohnung 1) oder zwei (Wohnung 2) Etagen hochgehen.Zur Umgebung: Das kostenlose Naturbad in Sohl liegt 300 Meter entfernt. Dies ist ein kleiner, sauberer Badesee mit Rutsche ins Wasser und einem angrenzenden Spielplatz. Das nächste Restaurant in Tschechien, Restaurace Magdalena, liegt 6 Km entfernt. Außerdem gibt es viele Möglichkeiten zum spazieren gehen in den umliegenden Wäldern.

Ruhig gelegene Wohnung
Flexibler Check-In; Tafelmesser fehlten, nur die Hälfte der Herdplatten funktionierte. Toller Kühl- und Gefrierschrank.WLAN wäre praktisch, ist aber erst in Vorbereitung (wird aber im Inserat auch nicht versprochen).
