Jennys house was perfect for what we needed. Plenty of space for the family and felt completely relaxed in the house. Loved that the linen cupboard had lots of towels. Loved the little treat that she left for us. would love to stay again for longer.

Very clean and well appointed house . Left a vase of fresh cut flowers. Great communication with owner. My partner left her shoes behind and Jenny dropped them off at my place when she came into town :)

This is a very spacious house with a lovely fire and perfect location for us. This is our second stay here and we will be back for more. I stayed here with my Sisters and it was a great location having 1 travel from Tauranga, 1 from Auckland and 1 from Taranaki. The beds are comfortable and communication with Jenny was great.

The home was fully resourced, accommodating, warm and welcoming. Very whanau orientated, plenty of space, books and games for tamariki, spacious warm rooms and the additional blessing of a kent fire.Walk across the road to the local tavern to dine and wine, A foot stroll to the beautiful awa, 5 min drive to Mokau along the scenic moana, two minutes to the gas station and store and some of the wonderful historic icons eg post office and the bowling lawn a skip and a jump away.NO FAULTS absolutely gorgeous Bach/whare and to the beautiful HOST Jenny, thank you for your welcoming warm personal touch upon arrival as they were the most scrumptious freshly baked tarts.NGA MIHILOUISE

Lovely, warm, home away from home

Awesome ole world bach, everything there you need, lots of hot water, plenty of towels & blankets & comfortable beds,. Reminds you of your childhood bach beach holidays at the grandparents.

Exactly as advertised

Perfect location, very close to the beautiful Awakino black sand beach. We were slightly confused on arrival thinking we only had bedroom #1 but quickly realized that was just one of the extra bedrooms of the whole property.
