Stopover

I have no hesitation in recommending this Logis for a stopover. It was a surprising gem after staying in several mediocre supposedly 3-star hotels. Food in the brasserie was very good again after sampling mediocre and poor food in city brasseries.The only downside was the lack of air conditioning particularly in this hot summer.

Nice hotel

This hotel is in a lovely spot. Unfortunately the bedroom was incredibly small although the bathroom was excellent. Quite expensive for what we got. The restaurants on site are both quite expensive too.

Nice hotel outside of angers

Stayed here when cycling the Loire valley. Very nice hotel with jacuzzi and pool (though this was closed) nice meal in the brasserie adjacent. Excellent breakfast

Air con necessity

Lovely hotel when we had requested the air con and paid the extra. Staff were most accommodating and swimming pool and outdoor hot tub were super. Breakfast was very good but the gastronomic restaurant offered some challenges.

While the hotel itself wasn't too good, the brasserie was excellent; good food and helpful staff. I would recommend it for this reason.

Okay for stopover ONLY

Hotel a bit scruffy. Receptionist very friendly and helpful. Nearby village has beautiful tram service to Angers centre.Room was like a Sauna as no ventilation. Nearby factory noise slightly intrusive. On site gourmet restaurant looked very nice but separate on site restaurant (Croix Cadeau (?)) grim as no note at all taken of order and (e.g.) lamb burnt one side and V. rare the other and chios supplied when potatoes ordered. AVOID. To sum up the hotel " Good value stopover for a very low price, but not for an extended stay.
