The new owners are absolutely amazing so very caring and friendly the house was clean and beautiful and they made sure we had everything we could need even as far as brand new toothbrushes and feminine hygiene products my whole family enjoyed this stay and WE WILL BE BACK

Did not enjoy this home

While professional photos are common for listings, this property did not align with the description provided. The third bedroom was notably smaller than expected, more akin to a small closet, and the "game room" was very cramped and there was one game. The bath towels were undersized and did not effectively absorb moisture. The home appeared to be in need of a thorough cleaning. Several of the bed comforters showed stains, and the beds themselves were uncomfortable. Additionally, the toaster oven was non-functional due to a missing dial, which had to be manually adjusted with a pocket knife. The outdoor furniture cushions were left outside and became wet from rain, and the cushions were dirty, making it difficult to use or entertain outside. The pool toys were also in poor condition and need replacement. Furthermore, only two out of the five TVs were operational—one in the living room and one in a bedroom.On a positive note, there were games available for children, and the pool was enjoyable.

Great Pool - House Needs TlC

The house is in a quiet neighborhood and has a great pool that my family enjoyed. We had a bit of an issue with a dirty bathroom which was surprising and a sink in the laundry room needed repair. The owner resolved the leaking sink quickly and said an exterminator would come the next day. Overall the house needs a deep clean and new towels, those provided were threadbare. But despite the issues a good time was had by all.

Great for golf!

This house was great for golf at Pinecrest. We could check in then pull the cart to the house to load up for a round of golf. Perfect! No loading everything up in the car. The house was spacious, really bigger than we needed for just 2 of us but we enjoyed it. A lot of nice amenities. We didn’t swim but the pool was pretty to look at. Very well equipped kitchen with any appliance you could need. It is close enough to the restaurant to walk over and grab a bite or carry out. Nice for nights we didn’t want to cook. Washer and dryer were excellent. Nice neighborhood to take a walk in too. Overall a great trip!

Senior Golf Trip

The outdoor living space was filthy. Cushioned furniture is left out 24/7. Rocking chair is broken. Patio furniture was mostly unusable. Wi-Fi did not work most of the time. And the could not be heated and the pool pumps did not work. No water circulation or filtering.

Great Host - Awesome quiet retreat to relax after a long day.

Beautiful home, clean, spacious, something for everyone here. Great pool. We enjoyed our stay and Lisa is a fabulous host. We had everything we could have wanted away from the hustle and hurry or a long day at the track. We were participating in the Sebring 12 Hour race ... This was a fabulous home away from home.

Excellent Home in Avon Park

We had a great stay in Avon Park. This home is located in a beautiful area and has everything you need. The kitchen is well stocked. The grounds are lovely., and the home is very comfortable. We had one issue with the A/C on the date of our arrival, but the homeowners were very responsive, immediately had a service out the very next day and all was in good working order. We had no other problems and again, the owners were very responsive to the concern. Our only other gentle suggestion would be to have better seating on the upstairs decks and pool area. There are no lounge chairs by the pool and the chairs on the upstairs deck seem to be old, needing repair/replacement. These are very minor concerns though. We are frequently in Avon Park visiting our son and we would definitely rent here again. Thank you for a great visit!

Great Pool!

We loved our time at this home! Its central location was great for our vacation and on the down days the kids loved swimming in the pool! The hosts were great and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Beautiful home!!!! Everything was very accommodating. Love the atmosphere and the quiet neighborhood. Plus the sandhill grill is just a short walk for some excellent eats. I’ll def be booking again in the future!!! Thanks Lisa for hosting us!!!!

Relaxing Stay

We spent five nights in this home. It is very quiet and roomy. We enjoyed the large, screened patio and pool. The home could use a little TLC and a deep clean, but it was very well appointed and stocked with ample supplies of soap and paper products.

What a fantastic home and pool! Such a unique floorplan, we LOVED it! Looking forward to staying again. We were there for the 12 HR race in Sebring. The drive was not bad at all, and after a long day at the track what a great place to come home to for some quiet unwinding time. Lisa is a great communicator, check in was easy and check out details provided were a big help. FANTASTIC stay, home is CLEAN and just Lovely! Great home, great Hosts, awesome property!!
