Convenient and centrally located condo at the Seasons at Avon, just downhill from Beaver Creek and a short walk to the Riverfront Gondola, Eagle River, Nottingham Lake and Avon Recreation Center. The nearby Riverfront Gondola provides easy access up to Bachelor Gulch and Beaver Creek to enjoy all the mountain activities in the winter or summer. The condo has a fully-equipped kitchen, open to the dining and living room with a gas fireplace and private balcony with Beaver Creek mountain views. Walk past the full hall bathroom to the two separate bedrooms. Seasons building has private, underground parking.

NO Air-conditioning, but we are at 7400 feet elevation. Opening the balcony door cools the condo pretty quickly.

Overall satisfied with this rental. The dryer "knob" and bedroom TV did not work, which was reported to management on day 1. Never heard back from management during our 2 week stay.
