This handsome, sprawling, ski-in, ski-out three-bedroom residence offers a family room with a desk/work space, an electric fireplace, an upgraded kitchen with granite countertops and double breakfast bar, plus a dining area for eight. Additional features include two guest suites, each with a king size bed and attached bathroom, a third bedroom with a king bed, custom lighting and paint, a private deck, washer/dryer and garage parking.

Guests will appreciate The Charter’s outstanding location and on-site amenities including: indoor and outdoor swimming pools, hot tubs, a fitness facility, two restaurants, Charter Sports, a full-service ski, snowboard and bike shop, the game room and fire pit. Complimentary shuttle service to/from Beaver Creek and Bachelor Gulch is also available.

Great property very close to Beaver Creek Village

The condo is spacious and well-appointed. The staff at The Charter were very friendly and helpful. The location is great, only a five minute walk to the village so it is close but very quiet.
