This exquisite, two-bedroom, top-floor condo overlooks Creekside Park and offers extraordinary panoramic views of Centennial, Larkspur Bowl, and Strawberry Park ski terrain. The spacious living room includes vaulted ceilings, a chef’s kitchen outfitted with Wolf and Bosch appliances including double ovens, and a cozy, custom dining niche. Additional features include two luxurious bedrooms with attached bathrooms (one with a king-size bed, the second with two queen beds), custom cabinetry and lighting, upscale furnishings, a private deck, washer/dryer, air conditioning, and garage parking. This stylish and well-appointed home sleeps a maximum of six.

Great condo in the Charter

Wonderful unit! Accommodations as described, service great and beautifully decorated. My only complaint is that The Charter charges 20 for a bundle of firewood which lasted only one night. Please consider offering complimentary firewood to enjoy the beautiful fireplace.

Lovely condo and ammenities and views

Condo is lovely and newly remodeled. It was a bit smaller that pictures reflect. Awesome steam shower in master bath BUT could not figure out how to work. I suggest adding instruction sheet. Well equipped kitchen. The ski I ski out is defineately tricky and not like staying directly on the mountain but property provides good directions . Building very quirky and older but in excellent shape with different levels and getting out of building g even is difficult but once figured out it is easy. Great shuttle service always available with new app BC put out. Great indoor pool and hot tub and outdoor hot tubs / pool so room for everyone at prime time!

Ski Stay in Beaver Creek

This condo at The Charter in Beaver Creek was amazing! It has been completely renovated to include beautiful furnishings and decor, high-end kitchen appliances, comfortable beds, and spacious storage for unpacked belongings. The views from all windows and from the balcony are spectacular! I would imagine other condos within the property are not as updated and would not compare to #2440! An underground parking garage is available to keep vehicles out of the snow, there is a ski rental shop located on the property, and if traveling with family, there is an available game room for entertainment. Even during a busy ski season, the property was quiet, and the service at the front desk upon check-in and in the restaurant was friendly and efficient. The Charter is listed as a ski-in/ski-out property, and technically, it is, however, we found it more convenient to load onto the shuttle (right at the front door of the property) to go directly to the main area of Beaver Creek village to catch a lift. If returning to Beaver Creek, I would definitely stay in this particular unit. It was truly a home away from home!
