This newly-constructed, multi-level townhome, finished in refined neutrals, is a short walk from The Westin Riverfront Express Gondola, and set along the Eagle River and scenic bike path. This residence offers a luxuriant great room with floor-to-ceiling windows, a stone-clad gas fireplace, and flatscreen TV; an epicurean kitchen with premium Bosch/Dacor appliances (including a wine refrigerator) and a waterfall-edge, eat-in island; plus a dining table for eight. Additional features include: three guest suites, each with a king-size bed and a magnificent attached bathroom, a fourth bedroom with two twin beds and a shared bathroom, a bonus room with a queen size bed, hardwood flooring, designer lighting, air conditioning, a washer/dryer, and space for one vehicle in the parking garage.
Guests will enjoy stunning mountain and creek views from the furnished outdoor terrace (with BBQ) and patio, as well as access to the on-site pool, spa pools and rooftop bar. The Westin Riverfront’s world-class amenities, including an outdoor pool, hot tubs, fitness facilities, fire pit and ski valet are also available, as is complimentary shuttle service to/from Beaver Creek.
