This Platinum, ski-in/ski-out, single-level residence is an easy walk from the Lower Beaver Creek Mountain Express chairlift and offers a great room with floor-to-ceiling windows, a gas fireplace, and 50” flatscreen TV, a gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances and natural stone countertops, plus a dining table for six. Additional features include two guest suites (one has a king size bed, TV and soaking tub, the other has two queen beds), air conditioning, hardwood flooring, a washer/dryer, and underground parking.

Guests will enjoy beautiful views of the mountain and Avon Lake from the furnished terrace (with BBQ), and the convenience of staying steps from the slopes of Bachelor Gulch and Beaver Creek. There’s also an outdoor pool and hot tubs, a fire pit, and fitness center available.

Note: Lower Beaver Creek Mountain Express is open only in the winter between mid-December to mid-April.
