Upstairs is a huge open plan living area with a dining table, which seats 10. Lounge area has a large television. Bar area has an extra fridge and floor to ceiling glass ideal for
watching the waves as they roll in. Modern kitchen has modern appliances including espresso coffee maker. Large bifold doors open from living area to huge terrace with outdoor
setting and Weber BBQ. There is also a powder room on this level.

Downstairs, there is a second lounge room which opens to a garden courtyard. Large television. The main bedroom has a king bed with a large ensuite, which includes a spa
bath. Bedroom two has a queen size bed. Both the main bedroom and bedroom two open to a terrace. Bedroom three and four have two king single beds each. Main bathroom
downstairs has a huge spa bath also.
Laundry with front loader washing machine and clothes dryer. Lock up garage has security parking for three cars and internal access.
