There are decks on each level of this split level house. Kitchen has a microwave and dishwasher. There is a large television and DVD in the living area upstairs as well as air-conditioning.
Upstairs there is a king size bed and bedroom two has a cantilever bed with a trundle.
Downstairs has two bedrooms, a queen bed in bedroom three and two single beds in the 4th bedroom. Also located on this level is the rumpus room containing another television with DVD. Bathroom downstairs has a shower. There is also an extra shower and toilet in the laundry.
