Birdsong is a great property for the family holiday. Multiple living areas, decks, views of the beach - this house has it all. As well as a teenagers retreat with table tennis table.

On entry is the teenagers retreat with a large television as well as the table tennis table. There is also a powder room.

Upstairs is 5 bedrooms, lounge, dining and kitchen. The main bedroom has a queen size bed and ensuite. The second bedroom also has a queen size bed and the third bedroom has a king single bed and a single trundle bed. Bedroom four has 2 single beds and bedroom 5 has a queen size bed. There is a 4 way bathroom at one end of the house and another bathroom near the 5th bedroom. The laundry has a washing machine and dryer.

Lovely large kitchen with all modern conveniences with wonderful views. There is a dining area off the kitchen and plenty of lounge areas to relax in. There is also a large television.

An extensive balcony runs the full length of the house, complete with outside furniture, umbrellas and BBQ.

Charming Avoca Beach is perfectly suited for families with a well-protected rock pool, patrolled surf beach, children"s playground, boutique shopping and a la carte restaurants as well as alfresco cafes overlooking the beach. Step back in time at the award winning, character filled Avoca Beach Picture Theatre where featured movies range from unique "Indie Films" to the latest box office smash. Go barefoot bowling, have a hit of tennis or hire a kayak or paddle boat on Avoca Lake.

Birdsong - Great location

Great location and spot, but the house could have had abit of spring cleaning of spider webs within the rooms and bird droppings cleaned off of patio furniture.

The property was great, gorgeous view, table tennis (which we loved) lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. We had a lovely stay, the only issues were that linen and towels weren’t provided which luckily we’d noticed in the listing but it wasn’t stated anywhere once we’d booked so it could easily be missed which would have been a disaster! I also didn’t receive any communication about how to get the keys. I messaged twice the night before our stay and in the morning and got a reply 2 days later! I had to call the estate agent to ask.
