Delightful alfresco areas to enjoy - a private courtyard with BBQ and a breezy balcony overlooking the communal pool and Avoca valley. An easy walk down to the beach, cafes, parks and of course the iconic Avoca Picture Theatre. A great place to spend your family holiday!

Lack of transport in the area

Location was great for the wedding we were attending at the surf club.Very disappointed with transport options in the area to commute toTerrigal and train station. Very difficult to get an uber and no direct bus service available.Hiring a vehicle would have made things much easier and should be suggested when booking the accommodation.
