This condo sleeps 6 and offers 2 spacious bedrooms and bathrooms in addition to a comfy couch bed in the living room, 1 car garage with full washer and dryer, 2 patios on the second level, Lastly a rooftop deck with bbq/kitchen and a second level lounge area to soak up the sun.
Located within one of the best communities in Avila Beach - Oceans 17. You are welcomed by the bright entryway that leads to the 1st level bedroom and en suite bathroom that has heated floors, a cozy fireplace and lounge chair will make you feel right at home. In the garage is a washer and dryer along with some beach toys for you to enjoy.
Upstairs you are met by the stunning kitchen with all stainless steel appliances and essentials you need. Open the sliding glass doors to get an ocean breeze while you cook and enjoy dinner on the patio just steps away. The light and spacious living room is perfect for relaxing after a long day at the beach with a TV, fireplace, and couch that converts to a bed.
Take the Spiral staircase just off the back patio to your rooftop oasis completed with peek boo ocean views, outdoor kitchen/BBQ and table for 6. The Second level to the rooftop deck is the perfect place to soak up the sun with ample seating and a fireplace for when the sun goes.
You won`t regret staying at Blue Skies, suited to accommodate all guests from a weekend couples retreat to a family vacation and anything else that bring you to this slice of heaven.

Avila Beach has one of the best beaches the Central Coast has to offer. Walking distance to great walking, hiking and biking trails, restaurants, and shopping. My favorite is walking to get my morning coffee at Kraken. Centrally located just 15 minutes to Downtown SLO and Pismo Beach. You will never have a dull moment at Blue Skies.
If you walk out the garage on the right hand side is a gate to access San Miguel Street and quickest route to the beach. The garage is located at the back of the house behind the gate.
