This truly is a spectacular property. Layout is interesting but very nice. There is no true master bedroom. The large adjoining lot for entertainment is amazing. Jews are spectacular. Location 10/10 The biggest issue with this property as it does not have a golf cart, which is a huge impediment for the town of Avalon. Even though everything is within walking distance, groceries day trips, etc., etc. are extremely difficult. You must Taxi everywhere. There is no island rental for golf carts available other than a two hour very specific and tight window due to city ordinance. In other words, you can only rent golf carts for two hour increments and you can keep nothing overnight. There is absolutely no long-term daily or weekly rental. This property is a 10 out of 10 if it has its own golf cart. Without it for the price you have to pay for this place I would find something else.

There was plenty of space inside and out for a large family to hang out. We really loved the sunroom and the “Speak Easy”.The location was good because it was off the main street but still close to everything.The view of the harbor was beautiful!Our whole family enjoyed the trip.

Really great place for a couple families with kids - super close to the water and a 5 min walk to Casino Point for diving. Plenty of sleeping arrangements and super clean / nice space. Will definitely stay again
