This large independent house which can accommodate 5 people is surrounded by a large plot of 2 ha and a small stream, typical of the Perche. And it is very close to the picturesque town of Authon-du-Perche, 50 minutes from Chartres and Le Mans.

A fishing pond of 0.50 ha is at your disposal. And your pet is welcome! Independent house (120 m²) surrounded by nature, including:

Scullery with sink, washing machine and small fridge for fishing
