The first floor hosts the primary bedroom, connected to a walk-in closet and a modern primary bathroom with ample amounts of storage. Each full bathroom is stocked with all the essentials, including shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in convenient dispensers. The kitchen and living area also have a smart TV, cocktail bar cart, coffee maker, and fireplace for unwinding. Outside, guests can access a private deck with seating.

The second floor hosts a guest room with a queen bed. All beds are fitted with luxurious custom linens, ensuring everyone sleeps in comfort. Easily connect to fast wifi and take your meetings in the calm and quiet office space. Exercise equipment, a full bookshelf, and an additional sleeper sofa make it easy to work, exercise, and entertain with ease.

This home is located in “South South Austin,” popular among Austinites for its suburban feel and access to the city. The H-E-B grocery store and Costco are only a five-minute drive away. Austin’s famous Alamo Drafthouse (Slaughter Lane location) is only a seven-minute drive away. Armadillo Den, Moontower Saloon, and other well-loved bars are only a ten-minute drive away. The two-car garage is accessible to guests.

We don't charge a security deposit! Where many hosts charge over $500, and where you as the guest risk them not returning your deposit – Austin Vacay remains guest-centric by charging a one-time, non-refundable fee (already included in your booking price) which provides up to $1,000 of coverage towards unintentional rental property damages (subject to plan terms and conditions). This means a lower cost to book, and because accidents happen, protection against costly charges. Plan terms and conditions provided by request after booking.

Located in south Austin, this neighborhood offers a peaceful respite from downtown but plenty of access to locally-loved bars, grocery stores, and shopping. Old Austin staples and new Austin hangouts sit side by side, giving visitors a little taste of everything Austinites love about the city. Only a 20-minute drive downtown, renters will have plenty of opportunities to learn about the city while still feeling comfortable at home. If you are thinking of moving to the Live Music Capitol of the World, this is a great place to test out your new city!

Scooters (Lime & Bird) as well as Lyft and Uber are the best ways to get around Austin, especially this close to everything. However, there are also a lot of public transportation options in this area (see CapMetro's website).

1) No smoking allowed (of any kind) ($350 fine)
2) No loud noises after 10 PM per city ordinance
3) No events or parties.
4) Feel free to inquire about bringing your dogs along. We allow a maximum of two small dogs, each weighing 35 lbs or less. Unfortunately, cats are not permitted. There is a one-time pet cleaning fee of $85. Please inform us in advance if you plan to bring a dog so we can prepare the necessary cleaning supplies to eliminate allergens before the next guest arrives. If we do not receive notice at least 48 hours before your check-in, the fee will be $105. While staying with us, dogs must be crated when left alone, should not climb on furniture, and must not be left outside unattended. Owners are responsible for any damages caused.
5) The cleaning that you pay for is to clean the home prior to your stay. If you do not pick up after yourself sufficiently when you check out, you may be charged an additional cleaning fee - price depends on how long it takes to clean up after you. We don't expect you to scrub the home, but simply pick up your trash and put everything where you found it
6) Minimum age requirement is 25
7) If you do not check out on time (11AM) you will be charged an additional night
