The pool was not heated like advertised. Which was disappointing. There was also a fire alarm that went off at 845 in the morning which I am assuming was a false one since we were able to go back in about 15 mins later.

This hotel was unsafe. Apparently Orbitz corporate will not allow me to state what the actual safety issue was. Let me try this: If you were a woman guest at this hotel you were in danger of being raped, because of some of the people that the hotel allowed to host a function there. Wedding Weekend

We went down for my sister's wedding. We opted for the king suite on the club level. The suite was a nice size with 2 bathrooms. The master bathroom was very large offering a tub and large shower as well as a place to get ready. The club level is great for kiddos, snacks and drinks 24hrs. The coffee machine was great for making lattes. The breakfast was great with lots of food options. Staff is very friendly. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean. Good job!

Perfect location and welcoming staff

This hotel is our favorite place to stay when visiting family in Georgetown, TX. Great location near shops, good restaurant and bar and nice cozy and clean rooms. Staff is very welcoming and helpful.
