Austin getaway week

Excellent property with many amenities! We enjoyed the jacuzzi, and walked to Zilker Park several times. Very accessible to downtown Austin and everything there. Dylan was very responsive and accommodated our request to stay past checkout time as late as possible. Highly recommended, and we’ll look to stay here again for our next Austin trip!

Home is very small. Like a small apartment Neighborhood isn’t the best.. came home from a night out, and there was a guy master bating in public in the parking lot provided for guest. Very disturbing.

Great stay

Really enjoyed our stay! Very clean and exactly as advertised. I forgot to get creamer before arriving and was so relieved to find some creamer. That is my favorite touch for rentals. I booked this property on a whim not even realizing how close it was to everything we planned in downtown Austin. Great back yard and jacuzzi for hanging out and relaxing. Unfortunately, since we were here during a heat wave we didn’t get to enjoy the backyard. You can walk to Barton Springs and several other zilker park walking trails. Quick host response and very thankful he asked if we needed anything before arriving.

Wonderful Austin Retreat!

Immaculate, as advertised with all the comforts of home. Great location, comfortable king bed and queen pull out sofa bed, big yard, soothing hot tub, fun putting green, covered patio and outdoor lighting for outdoor eating or cocktails, washer and dryer, walk to Barton springs, Zilker park and trails, sculpture garden, on site parking spaces and close to restaurants, coffee and juice cafes and bars. Recommend!!

Perfect for "Outdoors" Guests

Dylan's place is just up the road from the Barton Creek Trail, which is perfect for runners (like us), cyclists, and anyone looking for outdoor adventures. Our 3 Mile run took us into the heart of downtown Austin and after exploring the city we chose to walk back one day and had immediate rideshare options when we stayed downtown for dinner the next day. We will definitely stay at this property again.

Amazing

Over all we had such an amazing stay on this property! It is very close to downtown so you can Uber/Lyft if you’re going to drink. Such a beautifully decorated home as well! The only thing we would suggest adding is a full size mirror. But thank you so much we loved the property.

Our Favorite Father’s Day Weekend Flat

There aren’t enough great things to be said about this property and Dylan! Everything was exactly as pictured - probably better. The property is incredibly well maintained, hosted our family of five comfortably, had all the comfort spoils of home, and the most fun backyard space for the kids to hang out and play. Couple all of this with being in the best location for all of the fun things to do in Austin and it was an absolute home run for our Father’s Day weekend getaway! Can’t wait to come back!
