The price is for one private bedroom (Queen size bed) and one shared bathroom upstairs.

Common areas include the downstairs living room, guest restroom, modern kitchen, and the yard too!

This will be a listing for Room A, and Room B will be a separate listing. They are the same size. We are in a quiet, safe neighborhood close to everything best accessed by a car.

This place is brand NEW, from the house (built in 2022) to the appliances (purchased in 2022). So enjoy!

Welcome to our pet-friendly home! Unlike many other homes, we are excited to welcome guests with house-trained pets!

**House rules:**
- any type of drugs is strictly prohibited in this property.
- any type of smoking is strictly prohibited in this property.
- violations will result in immediate move out and a fine of $300 on extra cleaning fee for smell or property damage.
- Outdoor shoes OFF inside the house.

**Pet Rules:**
- # of pets coming and pet pictures required upon reservation. All pets have to be house broken otherwise will result in an immediate move out.
- Dogs/cats are allowed on the sofa but not in the bed. Please remove any pet hair from the bed during your stay.
- A pet fee applies for each stay.
- Only back yard is for potting & front yard is for flowers and green lawns, please always pick up after your dog(s).

Our home features a small fenced backyard and convenient dog doors, making it easy for your pet to take quick potty breaks or explore the surroundings.

Mueller Lake Park is just a 7-minute drive away for longer walks, providing ample opportunities for outdoor activities with your pet.

Lucky, our friendly golden retriever puppy, is great at hanging out with dogs of all sizes, from tiny 3-pound toy poodles to larger 80-pound breeds. Your dog can enjoy playing with Lucky in the backyard or relaxing downstairs while you're out exploring the city. Lucky is typically quiet and can often be found napping on the sofa or keeping us company while we work or read.

**Disclosure:**

- Please note that Lucky is a one-year-old puppy and still energetic and active. If you have any concerns about living with a dog, we recommend evaluating the risks before booking.
- Additionally, we advise against booking our home for guests with children under 2 who haven't grown up in a dog-friendly environment.
