Great setup. Lots of sleeping options. Washer and dryer with detergent etc. Only suggestion would be to add a sign to indicate the entrance and a light as we arrived late at night and wouldn't have found it if the owner hadn't waited up for us. Definitely appreciate that!

Aurora Patriotic Day
I had a wonderful stay at this apartment during the Independence Day festivities in Aurora. The unit was exceptionally well stocked with everything I needed, and its location made it easy to walk to downtown. The bed was very comfortable, with notably soft sheets, and the bathroom was spacious and clean. Having access to a washer and dryer added to the overall convenience. Highly recommend!

Property very neat and clean and ample space. However, it was freezing inside with no apparent way to control the heat. Multiple attempts to reach the owner for help regarding this went unanswered. A little hard to find - had to go up some slippery wooden stairs to reach apartment. If there had been heat and better communication, this would have been a great place to stay, as it is very close to giants ridge.

Spacious and Clean 2nd story apartment
Nicely remodeled bathroom with a washer and dryer. The beds were very comfortable and the sheets very soft. The kitchen just has a small two burner cooktop, but no microwave or full size oven. It is very well stocked with utensils, dishes, even a crock pot which came in handy. Communication with the owner was great. They even had coffee pods, although we brought our own ground coffee to used in regular coffee pot. The mural in the bedroom was very cool. Our first night there was an issue that was no fault of the property owner, and she resolved it right away. We thought the bed shown in the living area was a pull-out, but it was actually a queen size bed, which was very comfortable. The electric fireplace under the TV was a nice surprise.
