NEW TO MARKET Maison du Morilhou is a very spacious house with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.It is located a 10 minute drive from the pretty town of Montignac-Lascaux just outside a pretty village.It sits is 2 hectares (21k sqm) of parkland and is extremely private with no immediate neighbours providing the ideal surroundings for a peaceful holiday. There is a private swimming pool with terrace, sun beds and parasols and a covered dining area with built in BBQ.There is also a large games area upstairs in the house on a mezzanine with a pool table and TV with Playstation. 2025 was our first season. There are numerous towns and villages to visit together with over 1000 chateaux and other tourist attractions. The area is famous for it's local gastronomy which includes duck, foie gras and walnuts. There are several very good restaurants in the locality including a Michelin star restaurant just a 30 minute drive away - Le Petit Leon in St Leon Sur Vezere. There are 4 bedrooms, 2 upstairs which both have ensuite shower rooms and 2 downstairs which share a large bathroom with large shower and bath tub. All the bedrooms have 6ft (180cm) beds, 3 of which split into 2 single beds.
The vacation home is heated and features a kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a fireplace.
