Our cottage for 2 people, 'La Colombine', is independent. Renovated recently, it is decorated with care.
Located in the heart of the old perched village of Aurel, it enjoys a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains and ensures a calm conducive to healing. It can be the starting point of many excursions to discover our beautiful region of Diois and more generally of the Drôme.
There are plenty of activities to do (hiking, mountain biking, cycling, climbing, canoeing, canyoning, paragliding, fishing, mushroom picking in the autumn, skiing or snowshoeing in winter, swimming in whitewater, tasting of Clairette at the winegrowers' wine cellars. common and Diois ...).
You can even just do nothing by admiring the landscape that awaits you from the threshold of the cottage ...
Irrigated by a small torrent 'la Colombe', Aurel is located in a mountain cirque privileged for its sunshine and is at the confluence of two wild rivers: the Drôme and its tributary la Roanne. This is the starting point for many walks or bike-biking. It is also a renowned site and appreciated for paragliding.
The valley of Roanne, famous for its grandiose sites, will offer you its swimming pools of white water.
The highlands of Vercors, accessible in 45 minutes, give you access to their virgin and protected areas, conducive to the discovery of the great diversity of fauna and flora.

Une vue incroyable
Le gîte est fonctionnel, propre, et surtout très bien placé, niché au coeur du très joli village d'Aurel. La vue du gîte est magnifique !
Les propriétaires sont fort sympathiques et de très bons conseils.

Ambiance des années 70!
Léquipement du gite était plus que spartiate au niveau des équipements et de la vaiselle,l'humidité stagnante dans la salle de bains(pas de VMC),petit bac de douche avec un rideau en tissu,pas dégouttoir à vaisselle,seulement deux assiettes plates,pas de Tv,réseau internet très difficile.

Séjour agréable à Aurel
L'accueil des propriétaires est chaleureux, ils prennent le temps de donner des conseils et idées pour découvrir la région.
Le gîte est confortable, fonctionnel et propre. Il manque un petit espace extérieur privatif pour profiter pleinement du magnifique paysage.

L'endroit parfait.
Nous avons passé deux nuits chez Bernard et Annick, qui sont des hôtes absolument charmants . L'appartement est tout à fait fonctionnel, parfaitement situé dans le Diois. Tout est fait pour passer un bon séjour. Je recommande vivement ce logement.

Gîte pour ameuroux en quête de beauté et de calme
Nous avons passé un excellent week-end dans ce gîte lové au coeur d'un charmant petit village typique de la région. Région extraordinairement belle et diversifiée. Certaines randonnées ont été pénible ; chute de mon épouse et entorse au genou. La grande randonnée à Archiane. Nous ne regrettons rien.
