Villa louée pour la 2.eme fois, très agréable.
Amabilité et gentillesse de l'accueil (Samuel et sa femme)

Villa bien située, proche des grands axes routier ce qui permet de visiter les alentours facilement
Malheureusement, l'état des lieux à l'arrivée n'était pas précis et le logement n'était pas prêt : ballon d'eau chaude pas activé, réfrigérateur pas branché à notre arrivée.
La maison est très belle et spacieuse, par contre tout est connecté (chauffage, volets, frigo etc...) comme piste d'amélioration je suggère de faire des petites procédures pour utiliser convenablement les différents tableaux de bords. Les notices sont présentes mais ce serait plus rapide et simple d'avoir pour chaque appareil un petit guide d'utilisation, d'autant plus que c'est une maison très moderne et pas tout le monde sait utiliser les appareils. (par exemple : les panneaux de contrôle dans les chambres sont dur à comprendre, de même pour les volets)
Côté sécurité : la maison est bien fermée mais plusieurs interrogations subsistent notamment pour la protection de la vie privée : on a reçu aucune information concernant les détecteurs et/ou caméras de surveillance?
La maison dispose d'un système d'alarme mais là aussi, aucune explication sur son utilisation.
Concernant la piscine, nous avons reçu aucune indication sur le chauffage proposé dans l'annonce (comment fonctionne t-il ? peut-on le configurer manuellement ?)
les lumières fonctionnent via des détecteurs, lesquels n'ont pas fonctionnés adéquatement (déclenchements en pleine nuit, piscine allumée jour et nuit etc...) étant donné que la consommation d'electricité se paie au départ, il aurait été bon de nous expliquer si on pouvait couper les détecteurs automatiques.
Pour résumé, c'est une très belle villa, et on prends une jolie claque en rentrant dedans
le bémol est situé dans la communication à l'arrivée : pas d'explications simples et précises sur l'utilisation des différents appareils --> je suggère de faire de petites procédures pour chaque appareil et de mettre à disposition des locataires. Ce problème peu être réglé très simplement sans perdre de temps lors de l'état des lieux d'arrivée.
L'état des lieux de sortie était très bien conduit, il faudrait faire pareil lors de l'arrivée (comptage des ustensiles et contrôle du matériel n'as pas été fait à l'arrivée mais au départ uniquement, donc à la bonne foi de l'agence, heureusement aucun problème a été signalé)

L'automne en Provence c'est si bon !
Les + : Belle maison tout confort et grand espace végétale très apprécié et clôturé. Endroit très calme. Environs propices au vélo et aux balades à travers les oliviers et plus pour les Alpilles. Mer pas très loin. Très bonne viande chez le boucher et très bon pain chez la boulangère ! Le Jardin des Alpilles, magasin de produits locaux magnifique celui de St-Martin de Crau !
Les - : Liste transmise à votre agent à la sortie et qui devrait être prise en compte pour les prochaines locations notamment, piscine froide et impossible à réchauffer car pas de couverture ce qui a un coût pour le vacancier. Nettoyage des lieux approximatif (sous les lits-garage-local extérieur-fenêtres). Stores des chambres annoncés comme en panne alors qu'il y a commande automatique et une manuelle dont le réglage est inconnu faute de mode d'emploi du bouton qui actionne le mécanisme.
Réparations manquantes comme juste mettre un point de colle pour fixer les rideaux (fait par nous-mêmes) ou coller les faces des tiroirs chambres et salon qui restent en main quand on tire - Une magnifique ventilation de cuisine qui ne fonctionne pas - Des chaises de bar et bureau à air comprimé qui ne se lèvent plus - Sonnette du portail qui ne fonctionne pas - Parasol qui se démonte à l'ouverture alors qu'il suffit juste de mettre un arrêt au sommet et... Attention aux pieds des chaises extérieurs pliées !
À part ça, nous avons passé de très belles vacances !
Emplacement bien. Villa parfaite. Piscine agréable. Aménagements Plaisants. Accessoires cuisine complet. Confort au top. Mais se méfier des maisons connectées : Volet de la chambre coincé (Obligation de programmer des heures ouverture et fermeture) La hotte cuisine ne fonctionne pas. Porte d'entrée coincée. Mais séjour parfait malgré ces détails
Tolles Haus, sehr gut ausgestattet, Pool 1*.
Lage sehr ruhig. Supermarkt nur mit Auto zu erreichen. Bäckerei und Metzgerei vor Ort.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Einziger, kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag: Mückenschutzgitter für die Fenster.
Maison très moderne au coeur d'un village provençal au pied des Alpilles
Dans une villa très confortable, à la campagne, proche du romantique village d'Aureille dans les Alpines, la maison est un lieu de villégiature agréable. Dommage que le temps n'était pas au rendez-vous pour profiter de la piscine. Le ciel étoilé est magnifique et les baies vitrée donnent sur le jardin qui offre un cadre verdoyant apaisant.

Séjour à deux au calme avec comme invité le chant des cigales. Maison moderne et fonctionnelle avec piscine chauffée. Tout est parfait pour un séjour super agréable. A recommander.
